Membership Application

Annual membership is from January 1 through December 31. Membership dues are assessed annually and include the individual or the Company sponsoring full membership in the Association. Dues are pro-rated by the quarter in which a member joins. Below is proration table:

January/February/March = $350
April/May/June = $262.50
July/August/September = $175
October/November/December = $87.50

Your membership dues for the current year will be prorated based on your membership start date. Effective January of each year, you will be billed the full-year membership dues amount.

Once your application is completed, the Board of Directors will review your application. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice for payment online.
