Jesse W. Hambrick Jr. Mr. Hambrick is a retired Master Sergeant with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Douglasville, Georgia. He retired in July 2020 from the field of law enforcement with more than 30 years extensive professional law enforcement experience performing complex criminal investigations as well as over 15 years’ experience managing and training criminal investigators, school resource officers, and public educators and administrators. More than 15 years’ experience providing national consultation in the area of corporate security, physical and behavioral threat assessments, narcotics education and prevention, school safety and climate change, and active shooter education and response. More than 10 years’ experience acting as a media liaison and Public Information Officer (PIO) dealing with local, state, and national media outlets.
