 This session equips senior HR leaders with a rigorous, legally informed approach to approaching discrimination risk across the employment lifecycle.  The session will discuss the current enforcement climate under Title VII and recent DOJ guidance, including reviewing unlawful preferential practices, facially neutral proxies, segregation risks, and training pitfalls. The session will offer practical suggestions while outlining defensible best practices.
